“Oh, the unspeakable greatness of that exchange,—the Sinless One is condemned, and he who is guilty goes free; the Blessing bears the curse, and the cursed is brought into blessing; the Life dies, and the dead live; the Glory is whelmed in darkness, and he who knew nothing but confusion of face is clothed with glory.”

Victory over the Christless law of sin; victory over the beast and his image that institutionalizes the law of sin

Victory over the Christless law of sin; victory over the beast and his image that institutionalized the law of sin

For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. (Rom. 7:2)

In another context: The children of Israel gave their hearts to the world thereby they became bound by the law to Egypt so long as Egypt was in power. But when Jesus ended Egypt’s power over the children of Israel, then the Israelites were loosed from the law of Egypt. “Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive.” (Psa. 68:18). As long as the children of Israel remained captive to Jesus they would remain free from Egypt. But if they would ever free themselves from Jesus and His laws, statutes, judgments, and prohibitions, the law of Egypt would come back with a vengeance.

Protestant America and Protestant Europe made the same heart to heart covenant with Jesus as did the children of Israel. But now the children of the Reformation have given their hearts back to the world. “Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves…. Your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.” (Isa. 28:15,18).

For the past century and a half, especially the past half century they have been under a moral attack by Protestantism’s fifth trumpet army of voracious locusts from the bottomless pit, the insidious enemy from the Dark Ages, by which now we are bound by the enemies’ law of modernism, naturalism, atheism, technology, and the stresses of being enslaved by an empire that they have lost to the same heathen, Dark Ages enemy. Always and forever, God holds His people accountable for their new covenant with hell, as He did with Adam and Eve. So sooner or later the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, all turn to floor sweepings in our once happy, arrogant mouths. And when they do, then the children of the Reformation will seek to be loosed from the law of this world’s empire, but God will not be able to take them back without a deep repentance for their covenant with His arrogant adversary, a deep repentance that they can’t produce.

And so it is. They have all the latest amenities, they are receiving all the goodies as privileged children of the kingdom of God; yet they aren’t free. There is no peace and they are dying of cancer. Many Reformation descendants have become disillusioned and desperate for their forefathers’ peace. But God’s peace and help haven’t been forthcoming. Fallen from our five hundred year old revival of Christ in the Great Reformation, our Spiritless condition has left the devastating questions in Protestant multitudes: Is atheism true and my unbelief correct? Was faith wrong? Have we been deceived by Protestantism’s Solas? Have we been deceived by the Protestant Received Text Bible? Was the Reformation a big mistake? Has God been only an ancient and obsolete myth? Is He dead?

The answers to these doubts are a resounding, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, and NO!! Protestants are becoming disillusioned with the world and tormented by the world’s unbelief, yet we are really still tied to all that we have imbibed from it. Many are turning off the fifth trumpet locusts’ TV; many have turned off the fifth trumpet locusts’ movies and DVD player; but the images and sentiments, and powers of the angels of darkness and their locust henchmen, are still in us. Those weapons were only their overt attack. The real attack has come in the covert attack on the full gospel of Romans 7 — the true gospel that only comes first through the Law before it involves the cross! What can break the locust and black smoke spells that “shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces” (Dan. 7:23)? The good news of the gospel alone doesn’t complete the task of bringing us to peace with God. The Law of God must be involved. The bad news of the Law of God must first lay our pride in the dust. This is the missing link, the missing puzzle piece, the straight gate that leads to life, but that few find because they don’t want their pride hurt! Pride is the biggest idol we own and protect at all costs! Yet it’s the humbling that puts our resistant self-will in its place. The humbling Law is the secret to the gospel’s success and victory over our tormenting voracious locusts! And the Law for these bewitching last days, which is the straight gate that leads to eternal life that so few ever find, is the straight testimony of Jesus, the Spirit of prophecy as given to us through Ellen G. White. Once the prophet’s instructions and corrections have been wrestled with and her demolishing reproofs have been processed, then, and only then can we look to the empty and immolated body of Christ who was also demolished for us.

This is the message of Romans 7 and Galatians 3:22-24. Let’s not glory in Galatians 3:25 until we have fulfilled its prereq in Galatians 2:24. Then, and only then, we can join Paul in his glorying of Jesus Christ in the cross, “by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.” (Gal. 6:14). By our full subjection to the emptied Saviour through our full acquiescence to the high authority of God’s Law is our old man killed, and we are freed from our defunct will that cannot obey the spiritual, holy, just, and good Law of God. Our old motions of self-based right acting are put to death, and a new heart and mind — the spiritual mind — control our actions from a heaven-based resource. “So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.” (Rom. 7:3). Because of their new “subject[ion] to the Law of God” to “serve the Law of God” (Rom. 8:7;7:25), the Son of God will again become their Lord; and because of His cross He will again become Protestantism’s Saviour. The Law and the Cross together make a complete salvation. Theme for the most profound meditation!

Just because we want out of the relationship we’ve had with loving the world doesn’t mean God can come to our rescue. We may join a church. We may start reading our Bible. But, our hearts are still not subject to His will. Such a heart is carnal, it is not subject to the Law of God, neither indeed can be. (Rom. 8:7).We aren’t worthy of Christ’s gracious power until we have surrendered to God’s will, seen in His Law. God is an immaculate God and His heavenly home cannot be poisoned by Satan’s kingdom that still resides in us. Therefore God considers us adulterers because we still love another husband. We are only half divorced from Satan. The world isn’t completely, perfectly dead in our hearts. We haven’t renounced the world’s idols. There are still things we love more than God and His righteousness. We still have our lustrous golden calves and our gods from the astral planes. Onn the surface we look like we’re on the Lord’s side, but deep down our allegiance is still in the devils’ dominion. All loyalty to the kingdom of rebellion must be gone before God will reconcile us to Him and deign to blend His pure Spirit with ours, His unchangeable rest on our enervated bodies, and give us eternal life.

But, how can we rid ourselves of those most deeply rooted idols and gods? We can’t. Some idols are chemical and we have a physiological inter-relationship with them. Some idols are habits that were instilled in us on day one by our parents’ habits. Some gods we came to indulge as teenagers because their stronghold in us was our beloved peers’ music that tantalized our minds and soothed our anxieties. The required total removal of every sin creates a huge chasm between our condition and the holiness that God requires. This was the very condition of the people of the evil Roman Empire who Paul taught the gospel.

There must be something more. Ascetics divorce themselves from the world, but lead a miserable life. Theirs has been Paul’s Romans 7:15-19 experience. Paul’s self-made righteousness wouldn’t allow him to obey the Law perfectly. He eventually saw that living righteously, all by itself, was meaningless. But he first needed to be brought to total helplessness, humbling, and repentance. So must the Protestants, both the lawless Protesant unchurched atheists and the lawless Protestant churched religionists. There must be something better than atheism and hedonism, and there’s got to be something better than humanism and asceticism, even if the asceticism is called Christian. There must be another power from outside of us, someone besides ourselves, someone from above, to throw a lifeline, that will extricate us from our defiled souls, and rid us of the powers of darkness. What escape did the Roman Christians find?

Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.”

Yes, there is more. We need to be divorced from the world, but not be married to asceticism. We must be divorced even from asceticism. We must be divorced from the follies of the world, but also be married to Christ. God has provided the means to rescue us all from our idols and gods. There exists one faculty that God can use to disconnect us from every vestige of this world’s idols and gods. That is the love faculty. The worst Hitlers want love. The most hardened criminal needs to be loved. Even if he has been trained from infancy to disavow and ignore that need, the need still exists, and a macho dereliction of its satisfaction will destroy him. Love is the most powerful force in the mind of every creature.

The body of Christ, corpus Christi, is our only hope to awaken that love in us. By corpus Christi I don’t mean the Eucharist’s corpus Christi. I mean identifying with and being in sympathy with, I mean the natural empathizing, which came to Abel by faith, over the emptied of Spirit, demolished body of Christ.

Christ came to our world from the infinite God. From the days of Michael’s eternity He had been begotten and reared in the pure atmosphere of His most holy Father. No other intelligent life existed to interrupt His Father’s lessons on perfection. Perfect love, perfect righteousness, perfect selflessness. There were no Lucifer and Gabriel. Later the “many angels round about the throne …. the number of [whom] was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands” who, with a loud voice, would say, “Worthy is the Lamb ... Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.” (Rev. 5:11-13). But, not yet were the heavenly hosts brought into existence. All life, all joy, all wisdom, everything that could make happiness, had one Source. It came from no other than His Father.

It was a quiet communion between the Father and Michael. It was a quiet environment in which God brought up His only begotten Son. Hearts joined in an infinite bond of filial, unselfish love. No sin separated them. Sin never existed in God’s mind or actions. Nothing distracted the divine Son from His Father’s love. All the self-sacrifice of the Father fed the heart of His Son. All the principles of righteousness were inculcated into the Son; and the divine Son, the only-begotten of the Father, had the unique infinite capacity to appreciate infinite, eternal love. Self-indulgence was extinct from the mind of Michael, who was like God. Sin was nonexistent in Michael. He knew nothing of it. He had never been taught it. He had never seen it or heard, felt it or tasted it. All of His instructions had been devoid of it. Then, when He was of age, he and his father created Their angelic children, and they raised up Their angelic family in the same selfless love and righteousness.

Sin, not righteous love, is the aberration in the universe. Sin is an intruder to god’s kingdom. It cannot be accounted for. Again and again it has been proven in our sight throughout human history that selfishness causes disease, death, and the total collapse of society and organizations, families and relationships. And, as often, we have witnessed that a life of service to others is the only thing that maintains civilizations, organizations, families, and relationships.

It was the Lamb begotten to save who hung between heaven and earth, utterly divested of life, utterly emptied of soul. He was made a lightning rod for the massive discharge of infinite wrath in order to save us from the infinite charge of disobedience and to keep our habitations from being devoured by infinite heat. Gutted of His Father’s glory, devoid of His Father’s total blessedness, His Father’s Spirit without measure, His Father’s “own self” (John 17:5), the eternal Spirit of unbroken union and communion, taken back to His Father who had given it. “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.” (Ecc. 12:7).

This was the body that hung from the cross. This was the corpus Christi that, once married to it, will jar us, and crucify and scourge our pride, cauterizing our sin nature. We need to be more than divorced from the world. We then, with the Father, need to be married to the Son, who was born in eternity, raised up in the perfect environment of love, undistracted by not a single outside influence, learning only the most perfection of divine selflessness, never once eating from the forbidden tree, self-centeredness never once entering his lessons. Like aged Abraham, who in perfect patience and abundance of love training Isaac, the Ancient of days trained up His youthful Child in the way He should go, so that when He had sufficient experience, training, and the infinite maturity to go forth to war He would face off with Lucifer and his devils, without once departing from the infinitely inculcated righteousness and faith of His Abba.

5  For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

6  But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

7  What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

8  But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.

9  For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

10  And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.

11  For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.

12  Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.

13  Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.

14  For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.

15  For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.

16  If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.

17  Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

18  For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

19  For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.

20  Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

21  I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.

22  For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:

23  But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

24  O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

25  I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

The only way to understand verse 25 is by inserting the introductory verse on this subject, verse 4.

4  Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Rom 8:1  There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

2  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

3  For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

4  That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

5  For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Jesus the Father’s Help Meet

For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.

Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.

For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.

Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.

For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God.” (1Cor. 11:8-12).

When the Father said to His Son, “Let us make man after our image, and after our likeness,” Jesus formed the man from the earth and the woman from the man. Adam, ‘âdâm or “ruddy”, “show blood”, “flush”, “turn rosy”, made from dead clay, would imitate the Father from whom the whole universe came, and who represented all matter.

H120

אָדָם

'âdâm

aw-dawm'

From H119; ruddy, that is, a human being (an individual or the species, mankind, etc.): - X another, + hypocrite, + common sort, X low, man (mean, of low degree), person.

Eve, Adams help meet.

And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.” (Gen. 2:18).

H5048

נֶגֶד

neged

neh'-ghed

From H5046; a front, that is, part opposite; specifically a counterpart, or mate; usually (adverbially, especially with preposition) over against or before: - about, (over) against, X aloof, X far (off), X from, over, presence, X other side, sight, X to view.

H5046

נָגַד

nâgad

naw-gad'

A primitive root; properly to front, that is, stand boldly out opposite; by implication (causatively), to manifest; figuratively to announce (always by word of mouth to one present); specifically to expose, predict, explain, praise: - bewray, X certainly, certify, declare (-ing), denounce, expound, X fully, messenger, plainly, profess, rehearse, report, shew (forth), speak, X surely, tell, utter.

This help meet woman from Adam’s side was a help-mate, a “front”, his representative in glory, announcing or speaking for him, expounding the father’s will to the children, and to his persecutors through the children. “Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.” (Psa. 127:5). She glorified her man, her lord, her master. She was his counter-part, his equal-and-opposite force to balance him, to perfect him in every aspect of human existence.

The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her...

She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life....

She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.

She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her, Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.” (Prov. 31:11,12,26-29).

The help meet was a special creation. She was way more than a different gender, she was Adam pluralized!

H802

נָשִׁים    אִשָּׁה

'ishshâh    nâshı̂ym

ish-shaw', naw-sheem'

The first form is the feminine of H376 or H582; the second form is an irregular plural; a woman (used in the same wide sense as H582).: - [adulter]ess, each, every, female, X many, + none, one, + together, wife, woman. Often unexpressed in English.

The “woman”, nâshîym, is an irregular plural, meaning that it is actually a male word, and it’s pluralized. In Hebrew, the original language from the Spirit of God, “woman” is “man” pluralized. God considers her a man because she came from a man; she descended from man. She is a “man”-ite, just like a descendant of Jacob — Israel — is an Israelite, and a descendant of Moab is a Moabite. Why is woman pluralized? It is because she can pluralize Adam by making a bunch of little versions of him. She has a gifted organ, a corporeal version of the Son’s divine power to create. “All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life.” (John 3:4)

Using Adam’s rib cage, left-hand side (?), fifth rib (?), the rib closest to his heart, Jesus made an object lesson to birth a creature from the depths of Adam’s soul — this new creature a “womb” creature — from the womb of the man, a woman. This “womb-man” would have an even deeper soul than the man and a womb of her own even more creative than his, from which has sprang billions of other womb creations.

After Adam’s creation, Jesus made Eve from the stuff of Adam, his genes, his organs, his bones, his intelligence, his living soul. Jesus had already reorganized Adam from Spiritless minerals and loam, molecules and elements, and with one breath turned him into a walking, talking, bursting package of life. Jesus gave Eve, who came forth from Adam’s already established liveliness, an even greater power of liveliness than what He gave Adam. Her personality had a super-abundance of life and power. This was not to place her over her progenitor-equal, but to draw out from his primal foundation of liveliness the super-added liveliness that Adam had provided her, and that she had received from him.

Eve, as Adam named her “because she was the mother of all living” (Gen. 3:20), represented Jesus, the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. Prior to God choosing one of His billion rogue planets that we now call, Earth, from the Son would come forth all the living habitats and inhabitants that would cover this pre-creation orb, which then was a run-of-the-mill jumbo gas giant (which had been done on all the worlds). God gave His Son the first creative womb; and, only to Earth’s race, the Son gave Eve the second creative womb. Both factories for creation would be triggered only by love. Therefore, all the man-creations that would be fabricated in the deepest part of Their souls, would have the breath of eternal life, “filled with the Holy Ghost, even from [their] mother’s womb.” (Luke 1:15). Mutual, disinterested love between all the fathers and mothers of the kingdom, the love that existed in the original Father and Mother of all living and that formed the foundation of all of God’s works, would be a perpetual foundation in the earth and in the Father’s vast universe.

God, who created all things by Jesus Christ…. For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named.” (Eph. 3:9, 14, 15).

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The same was in the beginning with God.

All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made.

In Him was life; and the life was the light of men.” (John 1:1-4).

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds;

Who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power...” (Heb. 1:1-3).

From Jesus, who is the divine Mother of all living, would come forth everything that had life. The inanimate orbs, and balls of hydrogen and helium, were all the creations of the Father. All by themselves, the stars and galaxies, and local groups of galaxies, are a phenomenal magnificent masterpiece. During incalculable eons God the Father was at work to make a fabulous frontier for the One to come, the One He had in His heart and mind, the One who would fill all of His Father’s universe with His own addition, to complete the already completed masterpiece of His Father.

But in the incomprehensible past, once the Father begat His only divine Son, a new form of life could cover the creations of His Father, super-adding beauty and functions for which during untold eons His Father had been waiting. God didn’t want all by Himself to do all the work of glorification. Rather, He provided a great foundation for His Son to add to and to improve upon. And little Earth, the final product of that masterpiece, with its cornucopia of animal and plant species that came forth from the Son’s divine heart, and, later, the full establishment of His Father’s character in its redemption by the ages-long great controversy with Lucifer, has been robed in glory that is yet to be fully unfolded.

Abraham, just like Jesus, the high father of a rambunctious multitude

Abraham, the father of faith and high priest and high father of a rambunctious multitude

I’ve seen bumper stickers that say, “I’m a work in progress”, with something to signify that the owner of the vehicle is an evangelical Christian. Is that the message that the world needs? Is that the full gospel?

Let’s look at the message Jesus gave to the first Christian in modern history who came after the post-deluvian, double- and quadruple-sesquicentennial giant descendants of Noah’s time, Abraham.

hâmôn    hâmôn

haw-mone', haw-mone'

From H1993; a noisetumultcrowd; also disquietudewealth: - abundance, company, many, multitude, multiply, noise, riches, rumbling, sounding, store, tumult.

H1993

הָמָה

hâmâh

haw-maw'

A primitive root (compare H1949); to make a loud sound (like English hum”); by implication to be in great commotion or tumult, to ragewarmoanclamor: - clamorous, concourse, cry aloud, be disquieted, loud, mourn, be moved, make a noise, rage, roar, sound, be troubled, make in tumult, tumultuous, be in an uproar.

Total KJV occurrences: 34

Abraham, the father of many nations, actually means “high father (Abram) of a clamor, a great commotion, a raging tumult, a warring host, a loud cry, a loud mourning, a loud moaning, a loud uproar, a loud tumultuous ‘hum’, a great commotion” (hamah). The many nations he would be father of were not civilized nations, as in sophisticated nations. They were rambunctious, boisterous nations. They were mustangs, and lions, and badgers. While their God was sanctifying them they never would lose their natural born wildness. And their God, the Lord Jesus Christ, the Creator of Adam’s race, would have it that way. They could have their flaws. They could speak foolishly. They could even deeply wound their Maker. But if they would never leave their covenant of communion with Him, if they would never go to Ashtoreth for her licentious comfort in exchange for His scourging comfort, if they would willingly accept His righteous judgment that respects no personage, and fall on their face in repentance and contrition as the judges did, then their past would be forgotten, and full favor restored. This was the power behind the nation of Israel—their God of affection and compassion, Law-enforcement and commandment-keeping.

A precious promise to use today, by which we become partakers of the divine nature:

For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto Himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.

The LORD did not set His love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people:

But because the LORD loved you, and because He would keep the oath which He had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

Know therefore that the LORD thy God, He is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations;

And repayeth them that hate Him to their face, to destroy them: He will not be slack to him that hateth Him, He will repay him to his face.

Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which I command thee this day, to do them.

Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that the LORD thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which He sware unto thy fathers:

And He will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: He will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee.

Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle.

And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.” (Deut. 7:6-15).

The storm is here

A storm is coming, relentless in its fury. Are we prepared to meet it?” 8T 298

To whom it may concern: It’s been so long since I posted anything on my blog. So probably nobody will read this.

But I’ve been hearing that a famine is on the way. Our government has ordered American farmers to destroy their fatted cattle and chickens, dump their milk tankers, plow under their fields of beautiful vegetables. And in the place of a domestic food supply our government is contracting with foreign countries for their food supply. It’s the perfect setup for famine due to the high probability that war could interrupt the foreign supply. Does this sound like the first time of trouble? Testimonies for the church, vol. 8 has this to say:

We have no time to lose. We know not how soon our probation

may close. Eternity stretches before us. The curtain is about to be

lifted. Christ is soon to come. The angels of God are seeking to

attract us from ourselves and from earthly things. Let them not labor

in vain….

A storm is coming, relentless in its fury. Are we prepared to

meet it?

We need not say: The perils of the last days are soon to come

upon us. Already they have come. We need now the sword of the

Lord to cut to the very soul and marrow of fleshly lusts, appetites,

and passions.

Minds that have been given up to loose thought need to change….” 8T 298 (315)

So, actually, the storm has arrived! The leading edge of the hurricane has already come!

Brothers and sisters I’m here to speak the unheard of. That is, a part of the secret rapture scenario is correct! Yes, it really is. It’s the part that says there will be a second chance. But the second chance comes now, not later when the psy-op Antichrist shows up after the psy-op secret rapture fraud to finish the psy-op seven year tribulation.

Who is ready to stand when Jesus comes in power and glory? Who out there is ready? (Nobody? All I hear are crickets!) Come on, all you confident Seventh-day Adventists! Which one of you is ready for the second advent of Jesus? Don’t all speak up at once! Where did all you paper giants go?

None of us is ready to stand when Jesus comes in power?! (To let you know, I am an Adventist.) Yes. We are like the Millerites who thought they could live through the day of Christ’s return.

Why didn’t Jesus return in 1844? “The people were not yet ready to meet their Lord. There was still a work of preparation to be accomplished for them. Light was to be given, directing their minds to the temple of God in heaven; and as they should by faith follow their High Priest in His ministration there, new duties would be revealed. Another message of warning and instruction was to be given to the church The Great Controversy, p. 424.

The people were not yet ready to meet their Lord”? What? They were the generation who sprung from first generation living in the new land of promise—the brand new United States of the Protestant American Republic! How could they not be the special group? Today’s Protestant Americans are much more corrupted than that more worthy generation. Yet the ‘44 generation were not prepared for the winds that the four angels were holding back. What about us? Are we prepared?? Are we holy enough? The Millerites didn’t know that so much havoc was about to converge on them. Neither do we know it. In mercy Jesus delayed the big 1844 event. A period of time was given for the investigative judgment to begin then, and the sealing.  The sealing began in 1844. The sealing has been the preparation for the Latter Rain, the end of probation, and Christ coming on a cloud at the right hand of Power.

Are you sealed, brother? Are you sealed, sister? That’s the question of the hour because that’s the preparation for Christ’s return. How far along are we in our sealing? How are we doing at overcoming and obtaining the victory through the restful comfort of God’s reconciled Spirit? Are all of our appetites under the perfect control of the Spirit of Christ? And our passions? How is the victory over our deficiencies and deformities?

Not too good? Then you need a second chance.

Then we all need a second chance! And Revelation 11:7-14 shows a second chance to be given. Alleluia!! Amen!! How do we interpret Revelation 11? What is its context? Chapter 11 tells a story similar to Revelation 12. The two visions parallel each other. I know our denomination has interpreted Revelation chapter 11 to showcase the French Revolution. But Revelation 11 amplifies the verse that every Adventist has memorized: “The dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed….” (Rev. 12:17). That war against the Protestant church is what Revelation 11 shows occurring when the beast ascends out of the bottomless pit in Revelation 11:7. That ascension from the bottomless pit was also portrayed in the fifth of seven trumpets that reveals the battle against Christ’s sealing in His children during the last of the seven seals. Pealing each of the previous six seals, which gave Him the authority to open the book of accusations brought against His Father by Lucifer, showed a phase of the war against our redemption by Christ. Now in the seventh seal the seven trumpets period create the great finale in the war against Christ’s ministration before God. The grand finale of the great controversy war now forms the investigative judgment, the great cleansing of the heavenly sanctuary exclusively during the seventh seal since 1844. And the seven trumpets, particularly the 5th and 6th trumpets symbolize that sealing in their forehead and pre-Advent judgment period. Thus, Revelation 11:7-14 also sheds light on the seventh seal events.

Until 1798 the Revelation 11 witnesses are indomitable, even after the earth swallows up the flood of Jesuit persecution that the Serpent cast out of his mouth. Putting the two Revelation scenarios together, the Revelation 12 dragon sends the Counter Reformation flood of persecution against the church in the wilderness to exterminate it

. But, the “earth” opened its mouth and swallowed the flood when North America was providentially opened up to receive the beleaguered Protestant Pilgrims. At that point Protestant America was conceived. In 1794 Constitutional America was born as a Republic and deeply rooted in the biblical religion of Protestantism.

But, something went awry. The Protestants became enamored with the new land, the new freedom, the new prosperity, the new separation from the Vatican and her ferocious and feared army of Jesuits. We left the God of the Bible, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the only true God. Like the children of Israel, we looked at all the land and promptly forgot the God who delivered us from papal captivity and its oppression.

So, “The people were not yet ready to meet their Lord. There was still a work of preparation to be accomplished for them. Light was to be given, directing their minds to the temple of God in heaven; and as they should by faith follow their High Priest in His ministration there, new duties would be revealed. Another message of warning and instruction was to be given to the church The Great Controversy, p. 424.

The people of God still need the same light from heaven. And we have it in the Spirit of Prophecy library. Light has been given, directing our minds to the temple of God in heaven; and as we will by faith follow our High Priest in His ministration there, old duties would be revealed that we have resisted or dismissed altogether.

It’s time to get down to business. It’s time to face the music. This is our second chance. It’s time to get serious about the high standard, the straight testimony. It’s time to face the condemnation of God for our sinful unbelief and disobedience. We only get one second chance. Let’s not squander what our previous Adventist generations have squandered—the perfect replication of the character of Christ, through the faith of Christ. Before sealing faith came, we were kept under the Spirit of Prophecy condemnations and instructions, shut up unto the sealing faith that should afterwards be revealed. Therefore the Spirit of Prophecy condemnations and instructions have been our schoolmaster to bring us to Christ to be justified, sanctified, and sealed by faith.

A second chance is merciful.
