The conclusion of sacred history
"The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be." (Ecc. 1:9).
In many respects Protestant America and the Seventh-day Adventist Church mirror the history of the northern and southern kingdoms of ancient Israel, respectively; that is, the house of Joseph and the house of Judah. Following the patriarchs of faith, they all suffered under a long period of subjugation in Egypt and then a great deliverance. Following that deliverance, Jesus gave the world a gigantic treasure of precepts that painted a mosaic of His character that He desired to inculcate into the characters of the children of Israel. From the depths of His infinite love for His Father He gave them the laws as a gift that He needed them to appreciate.
"Wherefore I caused them to go forth out of the land of Egypt, and brought them into the wilderness.
And I gave them My statutes, and shewed them My judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them.
Moreover also I gave them My sabbaths, to be a sign between Me and them, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them." (Eze. 20:10-12).
Why should they not see in every principle from their beneficent Deliverer other evidences of His beneficence and favor? Therefore, obedience to the law from Moses was not optional because obedience should have been their natural obligation. And obedience would have enabled them to discern the beauty of their holy God.
"But the house of Israel rebelled against Me in the wilderness: they walked not in My statutes, and they despised My judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and My sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out My fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.
But I wrought for My name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, in whose sight I brought them out." (Vs. 13,14).
Four times Ezekiel repeated the Lord's mercies upon the two nations, "both the houses of Israel" (Isa. 8:14), by not ending the covenant He made with them.
Likewise, after the apostolic church of the early giants of righteousness by faith, the long subjugation of Christ's church during the terrible Dark Ages ended with the Reformation that birthed the Puritanical denominations, and lastly the Adventist denomination. At that time, the time of the end, another voluminous law was given to the whole Protestant movement. As it was anciently, that law, the Spirit of Prophecy counsels, came from the infinite heart of Christ to both peoples in a greater abundance than the law from Moses because the light of truth already abounded from the past biblical writings, and also because a final Most Holy ministry was going on in heaven. The plan of salvation was soon to finish.
But, as the ancient houses of Joseph and Judah would not accept the law from Moses' hand because their faith could not see the spiritual hand of their Lord behind it, and therefore they were blinded to know their God, they had to wander in the wilderness, dying outside the land of promise that flowed with milk and honey.
After the younger generation did enter under Joshua, the next generations continually abandoned the Lord and polluted the refuge that could have forever flowed with freedom and happiness.
"Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live;
And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that openeth the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the Lord.
Therefore, son of man, speak unto the house of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Yet in this your fathers have blasphemed Me, in that they have committed a trespass against Me.
For when I had brought them into the land, for the which I lifted up Mine hand to give it to them, then they saw every high hill, and all the thick trees, and they offered there their sacrifices, and there they presented the provocation of their offering: there also they made their drink offerings." (Vs. 25-28).
So have the two houses of the Reformation polluted this land that at first flowed with freedom and happiness, faith and love. The law from our Moses--the KJV Bible in our language, and the Spirit of Prophecy like the second closing books of Malachi and Revelation--we have despised and left unheeded and their principles disregarded.
Now, the Lord of the Reformation is giving us "statutes that (are) not good, and judgments whereby (Protestant Americans) should not (receive life eternal)." Falsehoods and misconceptions of the God of love have darkened the earth and grossly darkened the people. Our God of Protestantism has now raised up another Babylon juggernaut that cannot be beaten. The Protestant church's punishment has long been held back until "her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities." (Rev. 18:5).
"Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning...." (Vs. 6-9).
Our due desolation will accomplish two things: the badly needed special work of purification that the Lord called for through Ellen White, and the final driving out of Protestantism all who determinedly choose to arrogantly disregard the authority that Jesus delegated through His human instrumentality.
When the captivity by the soon to pounce Vatican has purified the people around the globe who will humble themselves before the Spirit of Prophecy counsels, and when the wicked rejecters of the writings from our Moses have been swept away by the strong delusion that Jesus said He would send (2Thess. 2:11,12), then He will raise up the 144,000 Protestant Adventists to preach the gospel one last time to all the salvageable Protestant and Catholic Americans, the British and their colonial nations, and all the honest people of the heathen world religions.
They will hear from the 144,000 Protestant Adventist remnant the same message that Jesus brought to the beleaguered Jews and like the great Pentecost gift of another law that He gave in power to the Samaritans and other peoples unto the uttermost parts of the earth,
"Comfort ye, comfort ye My people, saith your God.
Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the Lord's hand double for all her sins." (Isa. 40:1,2).
Praise ye the Lord!
